Responsibilities
- Supervise scaffold erection, modification and dismantling crews.
- Plan scaffolding works and prepare method statements.
- Ensure all workers hold the required certificates.
- Coordinate with the scaffold inspector for tagging before use.
- Secure required materials and equipment; keep daily records.
- Conduct daily safety talks (Toolbox Talks).
Requirements
- Valid Scaffold Supervisor certificate from a recognized body.
- 5+ years of scaffolding experience; concrete and formwork projects preferred.
- Leadership and team organization skills.
- Strict compliance with safety requirements.
