KUCC — Kayan Alula General Contracting

Our delivery approach

Concrete delivery goes beyond placement. We bring planning, engineering support and resource coordination together with quality and safety, from site mobilization to package handover.

Quality, from preparation to acceptance

We focus on quality throughout execution, coordinating inspections and documentation against the approved requirements of each project.

  • Drawings, specifications, method statements and inspection and test plans
  • Material approvals and reinforcement, formwork and pre-pour inspections
  • Placement monitoring, sampling, testing coordination and curing
  • Dimensional checks, structural inspections and non-conformance management
  • Inspection requests, corrective actions and handover records

Health, safety and environment

Planning, prevention, training and supervision guide our approach. Our objective is to protect people and reduce risk during execution, rather than relying only on incident statistics.

  • Risk assessments, job safety analysis and toolbox talks
  • Permit-to-work coordination, daily inspections and PPE
  • Work-at-height, lifting and excavation controls
  • Housekeeping and emergency preparedness
  • Incident reporting, observations and corrective actions

Project management and planning

We coordinate engineering, people, materials, equipment, inspections and construction sequencing, with a focus on identifying constraints and supporting critical milestones.

  • Mobilization, construction planning and look-ahead schedules
  • Manpower and material planning and equipment allocation
  • Daily and weekly productivity monitoring and progress measurement
  • Inspection planning and main contractor and consultant coordination
  • Project reporting and recovery planning when required

Engineering and technical support

Technical functions support site teams in understanding requirements, resolving queries and coordinating the information needed for execution.

  • Drawing review and shop drawing coordination
  • Method statements and material submittals
  • Requests for information and technical clarifications
  • Quantity take-offs, construction sequencing and technical coordination
  • As-built documentation and handover support

Project teams and mobilization

Resources are planned around package size, programme, productivity and site conditions. Teams combine technical leadership, supervision, execution and support according to project needs.

  • Project and construction managers, civil and site engineers
  • QA/QC engineers, HSE teams and surveyors
  • Foremen, steel fixers, carpenters, masons and concrete workers
  • Skilled and general labour and project support functions

Plant and supporting equipment

Equipment and systems are coordinated for each project’s nature and scale. Equipment schedules can be provided for tender or pre-qualification requirements; this list does not imply ownership of every resource.

  • Concrete equipment, formwork and scaffolding systems
  • Lifting, compaction, cutting and bending equipment
  • Surveying equipment, power tools and generators
  • Site vehicles and supporting civil construction equipment
