Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation of the HSE system on site.
- Lead safety officers, site inspections and audits.
- Monitor Permit to Work and ensure compliance.
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports and follow up corrective actions.
- Deliver awareness, training and site inductions.
- Ensure PPE use and run emergency drills.
- Prepare weekly and monthly safety reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Recognized safety certification (NEBOSH IGC, OSHA 30 or equivalent).
- 5+ years of construction site safety experience.
- Good English and a valid first-aid certificate.
