Responsibilities
- Prepare annual budgets and financial plans and track their execution.
- Manage liquidity and cash flow, and handle bank and financing relationships.
- Oversee financial statements and management reporting to senior management.
- Monitor project costs and profitability and analyze variances.
- Oversee progress claims, collections, payments and bank guarantees.
- Ensure compliance with Zakat, tax and VAT requirements.
- Set financial policies and controls and maintain internal controls.
- Coordinate with the external auditor and manage audits.
- Lead and develop the accounts and finance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; a professional certification (SOCPA / CPA / CMA) is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience, including contracting-sector experience.
- Strong financial analysis skills and command of accounting systems.
- Knowledge of Saudi Zakat and tax regulations.
- Leadership skills and good English.
