Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and routine maintenance on heavy equipment and vehicles (excavators, loaders, cranes, generators, pumps).
- Diagnose faults and repair them quickly on site.
- Inspect engine, hydraulic, brake and electrical systems.
- Record maintenance work and operating hours in the equipment log.
- Request spare parts and follow up on their availability.
- Follow safety requirements while working on equipment.
Requirements
- Diploma or vocational certificate in heavy equipment or automotive mechanics.
- 5+ years of heavy equipment maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic systems.
- Able to read service manuals and use workshop tools.
- Safety-minded and comfortable with field work.
